We are looking to hire a motivated and energised Sales Manager who can manage and acquire sales leads for our Singapore office. The chosen candidate will have solid experience working in Singapore and will be able to bring with them a good network of contacts.
Identify and qualify new leads – understanding both Leverate Media service offerings and client requirements
lead pitches and client meetings and articulate ideas and strategies with the team and potential clients alike
deliver quality proposals and pitch documents including media plans, against deadlines.
Develop client relationships at all levels, from CMO to Brand Managers
Understand client objectives and formulate effective campaign strategies, pitch decks and proposals
Networking at key events, shows and lunches
Create campaign plans and timelines using Excel
Travel: 10% or less per month
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in marketing, business or a related field
A minimum of 3-5 years in a sales or business development role for a media agency, AdTech or MarTech company, digital publisher or similar role
Strong passion for and knowledge of digital advertising, new media and internet trends (minimum of 2-3 years in digital marketing)
Prior agency experience or experience in working with an AdTech company preferred
Good understanding and working knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google, Youtube etc), other digital channels as well as offline media (TV, Print, Out of Home etc)
Understanding of the advertising landscape in Singapore and/or other countries in Asia-Pacific
Highly organised, good time management and the ability to meet deadlines
Ability to work under pressure
Service-oriented, outgoing personality
Able to articulate and present ideas with conviction
Self-starter, able to think independently and strong motivation to learn new skills
Excellent command of English, both verbal and written communication
Local language skills are an advantage – please specify languages in application.
